Our designs are deliver by Turkey Post (PTT) worldwide. We are not charging any amount for shipping. It’s Free Worldwide!

Do you ship abroad?

YES! We have a Express Wordwide Shipping option with Turkey Post.

When will the products arrive?

Orders placed until 17:00 (GMT +03:00) are shipped on the same day. The average delivery time of the shipping company is 20 business days. May vary based on country. Delivery times may vary depending on intensity.

Which payment methods do you use?

You can pay with all Credit/Debit Cards with Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Troy logo. Payments processed by Turkey’s well-known and most widely used payment systems provider Iyzico.

How can I order?

Click on the product you like from the Spark Atölye Shop and add it to the basket. You can see your basket by clicking the logo in the upper right corner. You can continue by clicking the “View Cart” or “Checkout” buttons below. After that, follow the on-screen instructions. Ordering at Spark Atöyle is very easy!

How do I cancel or update my order?

You can contact us at Spark Atölye Support page to cancel or update your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You don’t need to create an account to order at Spark Atöyle! However, creating an account is very useful for tracking your order and making your next order faster. You can find information about the purpose of your personal information and restrictions on the Privacy and Cookies page.

How can I track my order?

If you have created an account while placing an order, you can follow the order from the My Orders page. If you have not created an account, you can follow up your order with your order number and e-mail address on the Order Tracking page. Your order number is sent to your e-mail address. If you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly, contact us.

How can I return my order?

You can return all your orders with our 14-day return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders exceeding 14 days. Contact us for returns. For more information, check out the Distance Sales Agreement, which we have agreed on both sides.
