DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

Delivery Information:
Your order will be delivered to the shipping company within maximum 3-5 working days from the day you order. Shipping is not available during weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order shipment stages in My Orders section in My Account. (Delivery time to the cargo represents the average time)

For Your Order Cancellation Requests:
If your order is in the Preparation stage If your product has not been delivered to the Cargo authorities yet, you can report it by filling out the form on the support page or by sending an e-mail to info@sparkatolye.com or you can contact our WhatsApp support line. Your order will be canceled during the day.

Refund Process:
Your returned product will be examined by Spark Atolye officials and it will be investigated whether it complies with the return conditions. The return of the products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be returned to your Card within 10 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.

• The product(s) must be sent to us in its original packaging undamaged, unused.
• You must send the sales invoice of the product.
• If the invoice of the product is corporate, a replacement or refund is made over the amount on the invoice, without including the cargo share, which is arranged by the institution for the return process.
• The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to her, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
